Real-time fare pages for 20+ airlines. Built to scale.

A modular fare publishing platform that turned airline search traffic into direct revenue.

The Challenge

Airlines were leaving revenue on the table. Fare landing pages — the pages that live between a Google Flights search and an airline's booking flow — were generic, slow, and not conversion-optimized. EveryMundo's airTRFX platform set out to fix that: modular, real-time fare pages that could scale across 20+ airline brands without requiring custom builds for each one.

The Approach

Product design at the platform level — not designing for one airline, but designing a system that could absorb the complexity of many without losing quality on any. That meant modular components, clear information hierarchy, and airline-specific customization baked into the product model from day one. Design workflows were built alongside five internal departments to cut delivery times by 40%.

01 — Platform

Designed to work for any airline, right out of the box.

airTRFX had to work for a wide range of airlines — from regional carriers to major alliances — each with different brand standards, routes, and performance needs. The design system was built to accommodate that range while maintaining a consistent, conversion-focused UX across all implementations. Over five major products and updates shipped across the engagement, each grounded in research and requirements from multiple stakeholders.

02 — Execution

Desktop and mobile — both first-class.

Fare pages have one primary conversion goal: get the traveler to click through to book. Every layout decision — information density, fare display, call-to-action placement — was made in service of that goal. Both desktop and mobile were designed as first-class experiences, with no afterthought implementations. The same modular approach that made the platform scalable also made it possible to optimize each breakpoint independently.

A platform that compounds.

Across 20+ airlines and alliances, airTRFX drove an average 20% revenue increase per year. Personalized module designs secured over $1.5M in new sales in a single quarter. The platform became the standard for how EveryMundo delivered fare publishing products — a design system that scaled without breaking. The kind of work that doesn't announce itself loudly, but keeps paying off quietly.

The work.
